About me

Hi, fellow Internet adventurer!

My name's Tom (he/him), I'm 19 and I am a student on highschool of electrotechnical engineering, with focus on industrial automatization.

I got a bit bored on the summer break of 2022, so I was thinking about making my own retro-like website with just HTML and CSS. We've been learning the absolute basics of HTML in first year of the highschool, but since we've been in the pandemic, all classes we're remote and it was not enough. So I tried to read my notes and googled a lot and tried to make a website from scratch. I tried to avoid all of the graphical WYSIWYG website editors and tried to code everything by myself. I also tried to create all of the UI elements in Aseprite, it's an amazing piece of software.

I speak Czech natively, English intermediately (spoken and written) and I know absolute basics of German after learning it for almost 7 years in school. :)) My English is far from perfect so please forgive me any English mistakes here.

I work part-time in bicycle shop for a few years now, I do not enjoy the job that much, but it's not that bad eventually. On summer breaks I work on IT summer job.
